Post-Processing and Assembly Disclaimer: "Post-processing steps such as sanding, painting, or assembly are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon. Chunks3D is not liable for damage or issues resulting from post-processing."
Prototype and Functional Use: "Printed items are provided as prototypes or visual models unless explicitly stated otherwise. Chunks3D is not liable for any issues resulting from the functional use of printed parts, including but not limited to mechanical failure, wear and tear, or safety risks."
Intellectual Property: "Customers warrant that all submitted designs do not infringe on any copyrights, patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Chunks3D is not liable for any claims arising from the reproduction of copyrighted or patented designs."
Cancellations and Refunds: "Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, cancellations and refunds may only be issued prior to production. Once production begins, all orders are final and non-refundable."
Safety and Legal Compliance: "Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their 3D-printed items comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including safety standards. Chunks3D is not liable for any misuse, illegal activity, or damages resulting from the printed items."**
